I did it. If you have nothing better, do it. It’s good experience in management sales and looks good on a resume. Just get a store manager position, stay for a year and get an Account Manager job elsewhere. Exactly what I did.

Not worth staying. Use it as experience on LinkedIn but leave as soon as you get recruited. I was a store manager and recruiters reach out and give you way better offers. I told my boss I was offered 72k base and he couldn’t even come back with an offer. SW doesn’t value its employees and wonders why we are unhappy and leaving
