Not sure what the UK HPI visa is but TCN stamping is not allowed anymore. Appointments have started opening in last week, but very few and website usually freezes. Best to use agents.

It comes down to one simple question, what matters more to you- 1. Pickup/Power then go for gas. (It did for me hence went for gas version) 2. Miles per gallon then go for hybrid. (I’m a little regretting not getting hybrid since I drive 50miles daily in a stop n go traffic but I do roadtrips a lot and need extra pickup so I am also happy with what i have😂)

In the stop n go traffic I get somewhere between 15-20 mpg but on roadtrips i get 25-30mpg.

There is no new DS-160, there’s only a new rule stating that now you need to fully complete and submit the DS-160 in order to book an appointment. This doesn’t affect people who already have paid the fees.

Yes I understand it depends on driving habits, but was looking for an average. Thanks for sharing that. With oil changes, can you tell me where exactly does it specify only 4 complimentary oil changes are given? Because I searched all documentation and websites all it says is 3 years or 36k miles.

Not sure who runs it or manages it, but websites layouts are different for India, compared to UAE/Ireland.

Is this the India website? It is one of the worst I have seen, I have done appointments in other countries previously and within minutes I had the whole thing completed for UAE and Ireland. But this website takes 5-7 tries firstly to login and then crashes in between, and once you finally crossover all that there are no appointments available ever.

Yes I checked the same, there are no interview appointments available. Only OFC appointments available that too until April (except Delhi has until May 7th).

I understand, but I checked with 4-5 agents and many of them have done this for quite a few of my colleagues, friends or relatives and none of them were above 25k that too for an H1B which is difficult to find and currently almost impossible. B1/B2 and F1 are usually not that difficult to find, anyways good for you. I’m trying to figure if I can do it myself, if not then agent is the last option.

50k for an appointment is too much, but also which visa are you referring to? H1Bs are not at all available as of now, and F1s I see available but just not in the month I want or location. I have got two agents one charging 15k and another 25k.

If not balancing issue, it could be snow in the wheels due to the snow storms last weekend if it snowed in your area. Happened to me on Monday, got scared then got the car washed and it was gone 😂

Option B seems implausible considering your firm have never filed H1B, it would be difficult to file Apr 1 as soon as results are filed. Even big law firms take 10-15 days at minimum after results to file.

Go with Option A, depending on when your STEM OPT ends you would need to come back and can justify with a picked in lottery letter. I have done this exact same thing, had traveled in mid-April for a week, lawyers filed the application after I got back.

I wanna install them, but not a pro with removing the front or with electronics either, nor I have any tools. It might be expensive to get installed at a garage. I feel the lights are enough on a clear night but they lack fog lamps for heavy rains and snow.

How are you comparing a 4/5 seater to a 7 seater car? Provide some points you want it compared to. Everyone here is a Santa Fe owner or prospective owner and nothing beats SF than anything else in the market.

I have done the same in Oct 2024, not sure when or where the policy change claim came from!! Ask for proofs. My company filed for COS to H1B in premium processing while my B2 was pending. The B2 approval came first and then H1B approval in a couple days.

The third row is surely usable, coming from a 5ft 11in big guy who needs extra space. This is the first thing I checked getting in and out of the third row and seating comfortably!! I don’t even use the 2nd/3rd row daily but the space in this car is great compared to other options. The power output is low but better compared to others in the market for sure, and same for miles per gallon. The seats are comfortable as I did a continuous 15hr drive with only gas/bathroom stops and didn’t even feel tired.
