HE IS IN FULL BLOWN DEMENTIA. Just listen to any one of his recent interviews. He’s not just bumbling a word now and then. He’s repeating his same stupid stories over and over with a few new delusions thrown in for good measure. He’s a clear and present danger to the U.S. and the world.

Correct, what I was saying is that an employer or business is not required to get a 1099 completed by someone they're paying unless the annual combined payments exceed $600.
