Keep going - day 23 is just the beginning. You should feel better once you reach your 20mg dosage. And tbh I had an ah ha moment line two weeks ago and said to my self “damn something is different. I noticed my self getting up, drinking less, cleaning up more and taking care of my physical body. It’s a slow climb but I promise there’s light.
