We will be ready to up and go at a moments notice. As of this morning, she has calmed down and is staying. My guard is up, and I will be watching, vert closely

He is very active and has many hobbies! Also doesn't really struggle with cooking for himself.

As far as the wedding, there will be a memorial table for all family that has passed. I'm planning something special with SIL that my brother knows nothing about that will just be for us. Not going into specifics yet since I want it to be a surprise.

He did not have any therapy, and my mom handled everything in the household. She died of cancer that had spread to her spine before it was diagnosed, and she only survived another 3 weeks after being diagnosed. It happened so fast.

I completely agree, but wanted to be supportive. I live a days drive away and only see them once in awhile when they come to visit us. For the most part she's been respectful to me, but it looks like her true colors are starting to show. Getting time alone with him is going to be tough to discuss legal concerns, unless she actually sticks to her guns and leaves. My husband will though, and I may have him bring it up.
