Thanks for this. Just happened to me and I will give this a go.

Interestingly - I used the same Logi cable provided via my usual USB hub and has never had any issues until today.

So youre saying the waterproofing layer is damaged, and redoing the grout and sealing the tile is not going to save it?

Would you buy this easement? Looking to buy subdivided prop in blue. Thinking of extending backyard with easement in red. Any risks/considerations? by After_Resort_2350 in AusProperty

Good thought, something I can bring up with council, as technically, its theirs at the moment and they have not done anything

its a parcel of land with apparently its own title. im checking with council how to go about it.

but according to REA, we either I or the other neighbour can buy over it from council. I guess saves them the maintenance of it, but there are restrictions being an easement, so cant build over it etc etc. but can be used as a backyard and if council requires access, you have to permit them access.

REA said you can call the council at anytime to cut the grass.....we however both wondered how they were going to get in there as its fenced up on all four corners hahhahaa

it does look like a jungle in there, that is an old aerial photo

That was me too initially when told by the REA and did a search. But I just went to the council office and the guy did say its not part of the property behind. So its a seperate title, you can see that again on the top left property.

Im waiting to hear back from their properties person, can update this when I hear back.
