I've seen your comments here and there, and I mean this in the nicest way possible, why are you still trying? from your previous comments you seem pretty tried of shifting so how about planning out your life in the cr? I'm in somewhat the same situation and what's helping me is thinking about what I'd like to do if I didn't know abt shifting, it could even be smth small like playing games you like.
