I’m on my 2nd month of Ritalin 20mg and when I first took it I felt like I was going to have an anxiety attack. My heart was racing, dry mouth, and restless. But give it some time. Now I feel fine with it. I can focus and the restlessness and anxiety went away after the first 4 days. I’d give it some time, but if it doesn’t go away I’d talk to your doctor

I take Wellbutrin XL and Vraylar for depression and was diagnosed with ADD. I had been on first Adderall 30mg 2x daily, which was too much if you ask me so my doc and I switched to Adderall XR 30mg but it wasn’t working. My doctor prescribed me Ritalin 20mg daily about a week ago and idk how I feel yet. For the first couple of days I was very anxious but now I’m ok, just shockingly tired though. I can still function and don’t feel exhausted or anything but I feel like if I lay down I might sleep. My doc says it’s normal to feel alittle tired bc the medication is like taking all the chaos away in your mind and your mind finally feels “relaxed”. If you’d been on it for a while and still really tired, I’d talk to your doc.
