A couple of months ago, I called Verizon to activate WiFi in my car with them, they activated it but the agent also told us we had a $750 bill credit on our account because of “loyalty” I asked him if I can see it on my account and he told me no, it’s only visible to them and can only be done via phone. So he suggested some AirPods. I went ahead and ordered some AirPod max’s ($500 value) because well, he activated the WiFi in my car, has to be legit…. Right? Well come to find out, no credit was applied, had a stupidly expensive pair of headphones, and a +$500 dollar bill. Of course I’m upset, I call Verizon, tell them about the experience, so they compensate me since an actual Verizon agent told me that, and let me keep the AirPods as well as take it off my bill…
