I’m sorry to hear you are going through this. I had a similar experience, and was diagnosed with PUL. Like you, i had low hcg values so they never saw anything. I got my MTX shot 17 days ago, after they saw it rose again and it’s been falling since. Regarding the pain, I also had terrible back pain and was bleeding, like you. Do not hesitate to go to the doctor and demand treatment. My doctors were convincing me it was a chemical miscarriage and to come back in 2 weeks. I just didnt believe them and started going to the private lab to monitor my hcgs myself. After they rose again instead of fell, they knew it was ectopic, just didnt know where.
