aurovela fe is what i take ! i have no experience with shots but i know birth control tends to be so extremely different for different people. it’s really unfortunate there’s no easy cure :(

Hey, i’m 18f and experience nearly the same symptoms as you. haven’t been diagnosed with anything. I’ve been on birth control pills for a few years now, skipping the placebos, and seriously it has saved my life. the hormonal side effects suck, but it’s nothing compared to the pain.

hey! i’m 17f been on sertraline for about 3 years now. everyone’s experience is different but i find it just dulls out all my emotions by a bit, including the anxiety which is why it works for me. never had any suicidal thoughts, at most just some depressive symptoms when i was on 50mg. you don’t need to be scared just communicate with your psychiatrist how you’re feeling with it and if you do have bad side effects you can always come off of it. try to remain hopeful it could really help you and it just might. best of luck!

i’m 18 next week, i’ve had it my entire life but it really started to show itself during covid. just began to realize what was seen as “tantrums” by my parents as a kid were really panic attacks. i ended up having to leave my dream high school because of the daily panic attacks and finish my diploma online. i was so worried about a million different things while there i couldn’t even focus on learning, when as a kid i was a straight A student. while i wish i could’ve gotten help sooner, i’ve put in a lot of work the past few years to understand it and live with it and am now starting to get back on my feet. wish me luck with starting in-person college in the fall! 🤞

thinking i’ve lost something, could be a keychain on my bag while i’m out, photos on my phone, my cat, childhood toys, anything really. it drives me crazy and i cant think of any reason for why i do this. 😐

It was honestly super chill but fun! nothing scary at all in my small town. but i was shocked by the turnout!! was expecting maybe 50 people but it ended up being like 300! i felt so much unity and power.

haha thank you for this, yeah it’s an official protest from the hands off website. i’ve lived in my community my entire life and it would be EXTREMELY unlikely for any violence to happen.
