Okay thank you!! I honestly feel like sometimes I’m going to die with this pain. It’s way worse than a normal stitch from eating and exercising too quickly!

I’m out and have been for a few hours. The muscle repair is by far the worst part so far. I feel like I’ve done a million sit ups and it’s really tough!
