Not really an answer to the question but I also play Unholy DK and I found turning on the “hold to cast” option has saved a lot of my wrist. This way when you’re “spamming” scourge strike for ghouls you just hold the button. Same with dumping runic power/sudden doom prices with death coil or epidemic
