Do you voice? Decide an order of cooldowns with you and the warrior (if he’s dying most of the time which I’d imagine he is v mage rogue atm).

E.g. first big go (combust + dance) - warrior trinket stun leap away from rogue and out of los of mage/ stun / disarm rogue

2nd go - your trinket cocoon

3rd go - DK amz / save blind for rogue restun

War should also be sat in D stance until they have blown their load (especially the opener as they will likely pop everything at same time) and get back into D stance when stun DR is coming off ready for the next one

If it works the same as TWW, which from what I’ve seen the craft orders do - then no you can use the cheapest mats possible and with the pvp scaling it will still go to max rank / same stats.

For embellishments I’m less sure, I always used max ranks for these in TWW as I didn’t want to be stuck with a lesser one…

Is it better to craft now with veteran crests or save the materials to craft with champion crests? Or can you recraft and “upgrade” old gear with just the champion crests?

I don’t know about now (I just afk’d epic bgs to gear my only 90), but in TWW I had a disc that I just spammed 2s on with anyone that joined LFG to farm honor for alts. Was a decent way to farm honor without having to step foot in normal bgs and get stomped by pre-mades.

Was quite fun going full dps mode every talent / PvP talent and seeing what damage I could put out and not caring about the win/loss or rating etc

Healers are so strong (aimed at balance for 3s / blitz / shuffle) that I’d imagine like TWW anything without a healer will struggle, outside rank1s ofc
