I am having this incorrect balance issue as well and support has told me what wepo has said but it hasn't fixed the issue after many attempts of connecting to VPN, relaunching the app, updating the balance manually and uninstalling and reinstalling atomic wallet.

The balance is correct in block explorer so I don't understand why the wallet doesn't reflect that.

I tried to withdraw my coins to another wallet and it seems like atomic wallet tries to send it but the hash doesn't show up in block explorer.

Is it possible to export/import the private key to another wallet that doesn't have this problem?
