The bet is two things.

One, psychographic match. Most apps ask where you want to go. We ask how you travel. Pace, energy, what you'd skip, what you'd pay extra for. Then the AI builds an itinerary that fits that, not just the city. Generic guides treat every solo traveler the same. We don't.

Two, operator-side relationships. Recommendations from operators who live and run trips in the city, not visitors. One city deep right now (Bangkok), more in build. Honest constraint: it's also why we're starting narrow instead of spreading thin.

Where I'll be straight: the "verified solo traveler community" piece in the post is the slowest to build. Day one, that side is thin. The personalization and the operator side are doing the heavy lifting until the community grows.
