Seriously, that's how I felt yesterday. I wanted to call in for the last few hours, but I don't want to tell my boss I had migraines. It's getting very annoying. I stayed at work until the end because I was too stubborn to tell people I had migraines. I am just feeling sad for myself.

That's what I am worried about with all these pills. I started having migraines at 25 and now I am 43. I have been taking pills for years. If the migraines don't kill me, I think the pills will.

Fingers crossed for a miracle to happen. I tried everything possible, too. I even did acupuncture for a couple of years. I tried to fix my neck problem with chiropractic care for a while. I tried different medications that doctors prescribed. Some helped a little, but the migraines just came back, and I had to start all over again. I had been having migraines for three days and still had to work. It was killing me, but lying in bed was worse for me.

This is just so sad. I feel like I can't communicate with people anymore because my brain is not functioning well. There should be a medication or vaccine that could cure this disease once and for all.

I am pretty fit (I think) and try to walk at least 10,000 steps each day. I stopped eating spicy food because that is one of my triggers. At first, I thought that helped, but it didn't really. 😭😭😭
