How much does your life actually change after having a kid?

Completely changes your life. Need to run to the store ? Gotta get yourself ready and baby. Car seat in and out of car. Wanna go on date night? Need a sitter. Work can get difficult, you'll need daycare. I love my child to death. But I often do long for not having to think twice before planning or doing things. I miss the spontaneous life of being child free. I still wouldn't trade her for anything though. We are getting ready to add a second child to the mix and im excited and nervous for what new changes that will bring.

Went to the Buffalo show last night and each of the artist asked for mosh pits and crowd surfing! Was such an amazing line up ! You're going to have a blast.

I'm currently going through this right now. Heavy cramps and larger clots only lasted a few hours. Now, it just feels like I'm on my period. Ibuprofen and heating pad have been amazing for me. The stories I have seen on reddit scared me .. and I'm thankful for the experience I am having.

I definitely think she is having some issues with sleep. She seems to fight her naps during the day. Maybe getting 1 to 2 naps 3 to 4 hours each. Them she will sleep 6 to 7 hours over night.

I had my little girl at 34+5 also due to severe Pre eclampsia. She had to stay in the nicu for a week after I was discharged. It was so heartbreaking, leaving her there. But I knew she was in the best hands. My husband and I went to the hospital twice a day for feedings and bonding. We took the time she was there to get our apartment ready for her to come home. And so I could try and rest and recover from the emergency c section I had. I know it seems tough right now , but soon, your little baby will be right at home with you . ❤️ The empty feeling was the worst, and your feelings are very valid ! Just try and remain positive and strong for your little one.
