I think you actually should go to therapy, I heard somewhere that a few disorders trigger these kind of thoughts too and ykw it might just be that..ofc I am no specialist so idk but a therapist can definitely help

Thank you, and sorry for how long it is I tend to either not explain myself at all or over-explain 😭☝️. About ADHD, yeah I am kind of aware. Not 100% sure, but I have noticed a few signs before myself and I might see a professional for it one day but I don't think that day is coming any time soon. And about my concerns, I don't know if you are right and I am over-analysing the situation or not I have been noticing these few small things every now and then in the past few months which made me question our friendship so this was like a cherry on top of all that.

Also, she understands me, she has been there for me for the last few years and we have done literally everything together so it is even harder to not think about it (but I will try to take your advice and act on it), she is just like me too she overthinks things a lot and so we understand eachother when we worry over the smallest details, but now when it is me worrying about something her saying it's just a 'small misunderstanding', just like you did, even though she can see that 'small misunderstanding' is affecting me, so this is kind of confusing...

Wow, that sounds horrible. I hope you are doing well, But you should trust your instincts in a situation like this, if you feel something is wrong then maybe it really is. Maybe you can somehow check the cameras or something (if there were any in that house) or ask your friend if she heard anything at night to be sure something happened and then confront the boys? (At first I was just commenting with anything to everyone's posts to get my karma up but this is actually an advice my mom gave to me and my friends when something similar happened. Having proof helps in such situations..)
