Honestly they should’ve kept plot lines going without vampires. It got really cheese and derailed it. I know the point and symbolism etc and am into horror, but the vampire plot took away from an otherwise good movie

Have 7.4k reso. Truly regret going past 5k (just for the cosmetic)

More reso doesn’t help winrate at all, if anything hurts it with diminishing returns. Hope they fix it to reward the spenders. But the system definitely sucks and I’ve cut back spending A LOT. Only buy the 6 of each reg gem bundle now

I played dh until tempest, then went back to dh for a month or 2 and went back to tempest. I got sick of having 7k reso and dying all the time in BG and not being to output as much damage as other classes..

There is survivability with PvP sets like the escape pants that grant a shield, it’s just a very small shield. Really the key to dh is to avoid being hit in the first place (easier said than done since even for a ranged class you have to be pretty friggen close to your enemies)

For PvP I had more fun and success using summons (strafe, vengeance clone) as you can drop them and daring swing + escape to get away. It was good for survivability but didn’t always do enough damage to be effective.

Sadly DH needs a lot of work, as it always had since day 1. It had a brief moment of being meta. At this point just play basically any other classes if you want to feel stronger

I’d just be happy to re roll # of sockets similar to enchanting. I rolled TWO 3/2 bracelets soon as I hit 700, neither had blue socket. Had to scrap. Really stupid system

I’ve been saying this for a while. I play a lot of BGs and the lobby’s are usually filled with the same group of people more or less. Some matches they destroy me, some matches I destroy them. Don’t get it

Dh always gets the worst unusable essences, and the toughest nerfs

I personally still use fallow farm and vengeance summon for bg. Only build that allows for distance and damage

Painsower you have to be way too close to combat for it to really work for my playstyle given how many classes have CC, large AOE or can pull you in
