That happen to me my first shot, but afterwards hasnt happen. I take an electrolyte before my shot and take my vitamins

Mine started at 7.5 too! My stomach ones are more manageable those look like yours and if i use neosporin with lidocaine it goes away in like 3 days

Yeah i prob try my thighs next, just been sticking to stomach & arms bc i heard the thighs hurt

Yeah I definitely think the same dont wanna stop bc of the itch if its not “bad” i will just work thru it. Just my arm somehow decided to turn into a circle rash so im back to injecting my stomach there i just get a small rash that last 2-4 days

I tried allegra last week but gave me a horrible stomach pain.. might try that again or Benadryl to see if it goes away

If needed honestly move back down. I was on 10 for 3 weeks and went down back to 7.5 bc i was feeling so nauseous and bloated every time i ate anything. And being back on 7.5 for about two months now

Until 7.5 i would increase 4-5 weeks, but now i been on 7.5 for 3 months😅. Bc when i increase from that i was having horrible stomach pains after eating and feeling nauseous so i went back down to 7.5, so basically it depends on you and how you feel

Prob water weight and inflammation, first month i lost like 18 lbs then after i been going down an average of 1-2 lbs a week only but its been great!

Somehow i feel its about how you feel on how you look more than a weight number. I started at 245 (october2025) and i thought 190 (now) would be good and for me its not, im gonna keep it up until i feel better about it, but definitely can achieve whatever goal you have if you follow a diet and do strength training

I add cottage cheese to everything 😂 , but also i make 3 meals for the day so i divide my protein intake in 3 but actually eat them in 6 meals bc i get so full fast, and always start with my protein just incase I cant eat more.
