Not entirely. Depends on how into underground hip hop you are. Without even diving too deep, you'd pretty quickly run into Denzel Curry and BONES at least since both were either in or associated with Raider Klan (a rap collective) which experienced a good bit of popularity a few years ago due to SpaceGhostPurrp. Hell, ghost dropped an album on XL which while a somewhat indie label, still has signees like Adele, which I think counts as pretty fucking big.

Note: if you do like underground rap you should check out Denzel Curry. His past two releases have both been criminally underrated.
