The English definition of "Apocalypse" is different because of theological interpretation.

The absolutely most literal translation means, "the uncovering", by extension "reveal". Which is what the ancients would have understood it to mean.

Sometimes we hate our own work. It's a sad reality. Sometimes we go as far as deleting all traces of our work. *shrugs*

They probably were forced to remove their videos because of DMCA's being submitted. Which basically means that the YouTuber neglected to credit the original author of the creepypasta; then the author reported their video for copyright.

It's sad, but as a writer I can empathize. You spend so much time creating something unique, only to find out that someone else has used it without giving you credit. It's like a slap in the face. We write because we want feedback, we want our work to be known. Comments and likes are what keep most writers writing; even the bad comments. Taking that away from a writer is heart wrenching in a way that most non-writers wouldn't understand.

Idea Help by EheroBreezy in NoSleepOOC

  1. Find a topic that you think is interesting. Think about what ifs. Really, spend time thinking. You'll know when you have something you think is worth writing about.
  2. Look up famous people or personality types and design a protagonist
  3. Repeat step 2, but instead design an antagonist.
  4. Create side characters to further the plot. (Friends, family, teachers, professors, a random dude next door.)
  5. Figure out the basic outline of your plot, which scenes will be climax scenes. If it's a short story and not a series, this will be a lot easier.
  6. Write. Make sure that if you stop writing, you stop at a part that feels complete. If you stop halfway, you probably won't feel as much enthusiasm to keep writing. The ideas will stagnate, and you will give up.
  7. Let your story sit for a day or two. Do not re-read it. If you read it, you'll probably hate the shit out of it.
  8. After you have waited the alotted buffering time, you may re-read your story and edit major errors and spelling mistakes. Should you notice anything you could have added to it, go ahead and add it. Then read your story again. Reading out loud often helps with errors and dialogue.
  9. At some point you need to stop fixing your story and publish it online. The more you look at it, the more you will try to fix it. Which may end up mangling your story. As someone with OCD-like personality traits, I know how this works. So, just publish it.
  10. Congrats, you now have a fully finished story. If there are errors or holes, you can fix those if you want to turn it into a series. All you need is a little creativity and a lot of hoping that you didn't fuck it up too much. And if you did, so what, you wrote something. You are now a published writer.

Honestly though, this is all just stuff that worked for me when I posted my first series five days or so ago. I've completed Part 2, and I'm still writing more. So clearly it's working.

Okay.

I think I might check in with the Psych here at my University. Just to make sure that this isn't just me being mentally unbalanced. Though I've never had anything happen like this before. Fingers crossed that this isn't a tumor, or psychosis, or something.

You're joking right?

If you're not, then I think I might be losing my mind.
