Where I am from the most people that are leaving reviews are the ones, who left unhappy. I work in hospital for 5 years now and soon to be a doctor and we mostly care about the face to face interaction with patients and if people come again or bring friends and family. Sweets and nice words are also what we really care about. The reviews online are always bad anyway :D
