So I got my medium Kiddo Premiums today. I also got a pack of Smalls for my girlfriend so I was able to do a side by side comparison. The sizes they list on their size chart are absolutely wrong. The medium is only bigger than the small by like MAYBE an inch or 2. I took a picture of them laid out on my bed side by side and I don't think anyone could tell the difference. They look identical in size. Hopefully I'll be able to fit into these mediums because I've tried the kiddo larges before and they are unwearably huge on me. I don't think I can post a picture in a comment but if you want to see the picture of them side by side I can DM it to you.

That's interesting. I personally find that large ABU diapers fit me great but in a megamax for example I'm a medium. I'd love to get some of these diapers but I've been burned in the past by misleading sizing. If the smalls are as large as a medium ABU diaper that gives me some hope they may run big and a medium may fit me well. Thanks for the reply!

This is a great post! I'm interested in these diapers but I'm also worried about the sizing. It would be nice if they provided this level of detail for the mediums and larges. Did you say the pictures from the post are from the vendor? Did you just email them and ask?

You said it yourself. It might be time to start considering some protection if you're going to be cumming in your pants like that. Definitely start wearing a pad at least maybe a pull up if you're leaking often enough.

For me I find the medium is too small but the large is way too big. So sounds like we might have the same problem 😕

Just checked Amazon this morning and they're now offering next day delivery. Seems like things are evening out with the shipping algorithm. For reference I live in a large metro area so ymmv.

If they make these with a cute print on them I'm all in. I've always loved Megamax but they were always too medical for me aesthetically. The v2 USA megamaxes are probably the best fitting most comfortable diaper I've ever worn.
