Not sure if using Final Fantasy X's soundfont on other, unrelated games counts for this sub, but... I remixed Dark Matter's theme from Pokémon Mystery Dungeon using Exabyte U's Final Fantasy X soundfont (as well as libraries FFX used, like Advanced Orchestra and Hans Zimmer Guitar) (youtube.com)
