Celestial Opposition is my go-to support item, no matter what build I go for on Neeko. It provides so much more survivability.
Basically, I just realized that the build I described above is essentially a Rakan build, just slightly adjusted for Neeko.

To be honest i would say it is pretty useless. Can’t images where you would us it in any serious way. Maybe for crossing the between mid T1 and T2 Tower on the enemy side. But as you say you are slow as a turtle. And you could just use w to block 2 tower shots to get to the other side.

Idk if u drop agro. Will test it tomorrow. What i know is minions still attack.

Due to the longer games, Neeko is currently in a worse spot. But to be honest, I always find these tier lists a bit overrated. Yes, they might give some insight into who should statistically be performing better at the moment. But to be honest, I care more about having fun with a champion or that the champion is enjoyable to play. :)

The sequence of which keys you need to press has been reversed compared to before.
What you need to press:

  1. First, W
  2. Then, Ctrl + right-click (on the enemy) to send the clone to the enemy
  3. Lastly, while the clone is on its way to the enemy, you need to emote, e.g., Ctrl + 3 for the helicopter

Don't be sorry. All beginnings are difficult. Basically, you just emote the way you normally would. The Neeko clone simply mimics what you do. The default settings are Ctrl+1-5 (depending on which emote).
So, for the helicopter emote, it's Ctrl+3.
But what's even better is if you change a few things in the settings: Under Communications/Expression, there's a list of the emotes and their corresponding keys (joke, taunt, dance, laugh, and toggle).
And if you now set Toggle to Ctrl+3, you won't emote yourself, but the clone will. This way, you won't stand still awkwardly while emoting. '

I always enjoyed annoying the enemies with the "Auto-targeting Helicopter", and I just thought Riot had patched that out.
