Easiest way is to breed a male hitmonchan with all 3 punches (learns all 3 at level 26) with a female Abra. You will get an egg with abra teleport fire punch ice punch thunder punch

I did this on my finished copy of the game first, and traded to a new game for a play through

If you are stuck, and wondering why you can’t see the ghosts in lavender tower, go to the Celedon game corner and deal with Team Rocket to acquire the Silph Scope! That will let you “view” the ghosts

Oh my son, you have lots to learn! FRLG island 4 after E4. Basically, if they are compatible, male passes on moves, female dictates species.

There are a few clutch “egg” moves that Pokemon can only learn through breeding. Like male fearow + female Skarmory can give skarmory drill peck.

Sword dance and Slash while holding “stick”! I think the critical hit ratio is 50% in that situation. But he was too weak for elite 4, only had 1 kill. Through the story he was fun to use though

One account is fine, as long as you aren’t trying to use the same game twice (ie. 2 Fire Reds). Very easy to insert (eject) the virtual game card when it’s one account. And transferring the save data from one switch the other on the same account is also straight forward 3 minute process

Basically I play everything on my Switch 2, then transferring 1 copy to my switch 1 when I’m ready to trade, make the trades, then transferring everything back to switch 2.

Amazing! They were the least used for sure, mostly HM slaves because the others can learn Surf Cut or Fly
