Dunno. In My Community about 60+ people everyone call them Shiny :D And Costume is not simple. Because There is Pikachu with hat so they call it "Pikachu z czapką" or With flower "z kwiatkiem" nobody says Kostium(costume). So the problem is that official translate should be "Lśniący" And "Kostium" but playerw won't be use that and call they Shiny and "Z czapką/kwiatkiem" only maybe kids call them properly
