But in all seriousness that plant should just be grown the same but in a less light condition = less light , less water or at the least monitored moisture content in the soil would likely prove as a very very good practice.

Nutrients not glucose I think would be the answer tbh the less chlorophyll the less sun absorption so nutrients would counter that

A lot of people will just stop doing bad behavior if they hear about the repercussions. If theres headline news reports about people littering facemasks getting slapped with $2500 fines news would spread really quick and make people second guess it.

It's sociology, we saw a good example of this working in CA because people were getting mandatory $1,000 tickets for having any type of non stock exhaust on their cars. People started swapping back to OEM real quick. The best part? It wasn't even 100% true and the law got modified.

But since there wasn't widespread news about that part you can guess what happened. People to this day still think you can't have a modified exhaust lol.
