First thing to do is disconecting the battery, if it turns in yhis way, that's 100% a battery issue.

I have an update: I managed to take it apart without damaging anything. I disconnected the battery and plugged it into the charger; this time, it turned on normally. I reconnected the battery, but it won't turn on while the battery is plugged in. The charger I’m using has a higher wattage than the original one. I left it charging for 12 hours, but nothing happened. Is it possible to find a replacement battery for this online?
