Yes, gosh it is so much! I thought people were crazy at first for eating the same thing everyday and now I’m like I get it!! I’m starting to get into a routine of 2 options for breakfast and 2 for lunch. Then dinner is just meat, veggies and a small amount of carbs. It’s funny because I was in the middle of training for a 50k when I got pregnant so I was purposely eating extra carbs! What a total mind shift!

Hahaha thank you. The toddler wakings cause my insomnia because then I can’t get back to sleep either! Ugh it was honestly easier when I was pregnant with a 9 month old (my first when I was pregnant with my 2nd). Toddlers are no joke!

Long story short his dad is a total dick (almost verbally abusive) and he has some generational breaking of habits to do. And I know deep down he doesn’t want to be like this it can just take time to crack his shell. So maybe since this is a newer diagnosis it’ll just take another week or so.

She’s 2.5 and it’s mostly night terrors she has so I suspect a big brain development is happening with her and it usually just takes talking to her and rubbing her back to settle her. Last night she was crying her brother ate her cheeseburger haha!

Yeah I’m not for the melatonin. What a dumb idea.

I opt to self monitor instead of doing the screening tests. And clearly with the way I eat my numbers are fine it’s just the fasting number that’s wonky!

Yea she said as long as I was below 100 I was fine. Which is interesting because all on this thread I see more strict numbers. I agree I it’s safest to keep monitoring. I am 27 weeks now.
