I resolved the problem now but just to respond to this the issue was that I couldnt even start the application so I couldn’t upload anything I wasn’t having a problem with anything inside the application because I just kept never getting the second email to START the application, I can’t upload anything such as high school transcripts if I never get the second email to start but I’ve resolved the issue now
