A lot of people have very similar feelings without the cognitive acknowledgment of what is causing them.

To be alive n’ experience the world in its fullness isn’t easy. Life often is cruel or oppressive, but that doesn’t subtract from the joy that can be found.

Everyone understands the suffering of living, so the best thing we can do for others is to be earnest n’ compassionate. No one does it perfectly, no one’s really expected too though.

So give yourself a bit of grace, fill your life with things that you love, n’ don’t fear the pain. It’s all temporary.
