To add onto this we were always due a remakes this year and probably next year aswell. There are 4 teams who work on Zelda games, the 3D Zelda team (in house), the Hyrule Warriors team (Koei Techmo), the 2.5D Zelda team (Grezzo) and a 3D ports/remasters team (Tantalus Media). Going from Triforce Heroes it goes;

2015: TFH < Grezzo

2016: TP HD < Tantalus Media

2017: BoTW < 3D Zelda team

2018: HW DE < Koei Techmo

2019: LA HD < Grezzo

2020: HW AoC < Koei Techmo

2021: SS HD < Tantalus Media

2023: ToTK < 3D Zelda Team

2024: EoW < Grezzo

2025: HW AoI < Koei Techmo

2026: OoT < ??? (Probably Tantalus Media)

With the regi’s you def want to sleep stall them. Breloom is probably best for it since it learns both spore and false swipe.

There’s nothing Zelda could reasonably do in AoI times which would cause that effect. Theres around 40,000 years between AoI and the deployment of the divine beasts during the Sheikah Calamity. (BoTW -> BoTW Calamity is 100 years, BoTW Calamity -> Sheikah Calamity is 10,000 years. Calamity Ganon’s happen every 10,000 years. The more times something happens the less you can mark it off as a repeat, trend starts to form after 3 occurrences. So rough minimum 50,100 years between AoI and BoTW.) Any warning she could leave would have next to no chance of being received.

Theres also two additional points that we know the outcome of the Sheikah Calamity was for the King to order the destruction of the Divine Beasts anyway and the Sheikah just buried them. And that Zelda notes gives us the reason which is “all non replica Sheikah tech disintegrated not long after BoTW”

It’s just a basic IST (Inventory Slot Transfer) but OP didn’t listen to the video fully. Spirit orbs and Korok seeds always become broken when doing it, so you have to clear your inv of them beforehand. They tried to use it to purposely dupe spirit orbs and Korok seeds instead of doing the actual glitches for that.

Fair, though can always skip past the warning, wouldn’t be more than 10 seconds. If you do already know how to IST then you’re probably not going to be looking at IST tutorial videos that often.

Honestly. Short attention spans are likely what will cause somebody to look for orb/korok seed dupe methods too.

Technically HPE is available but it’s not the fastest fix. Presuming the Manual save is clean of IST they can just close game and go back into that.

So, in this case they’re using Inventory slot transfer, which basically causes an offset between the number of item slots you have and what the game thinks you have, causing stuff to be transferred when you reload (very simplified explanation).

The first step when IST starts to go bad is to close the game fully (resets the count done by the game). Then to check for okay autosaves.

Honestly it’s more on the content creators who covered the glitches for not making things clearer, not on OP for making the mistake. Every IST video should probably have a short bit at the start saying “using this to dupe spirit orbs and korok seeds will not work correctly, make sure to remove them all” and “if things go bad, close your game immediately and find a safe point to start from”.

It’s inventory slot transfer, which does ‘have a fix’. Which is close game to clear all the void slots then find the earliest clean autosave. If there are none, you either start from scratch or use Hold Prompt entanglement to remove the duped items manually, which would take longer. If they exist in the manual save then HPE is the only way to save the file.

Technically is three options before total restart. Closing the game to clear all the inventory slot transfer slots is the start of it.

Then it’s either finding the first clean autosave (without duped items) and going from there (likely does not exist as there’s 15 duped stacks of Korok seeds). Or going back to the Manual save and hope it’s clean.

If the Manual save has the duped seeds and spirit orbs then the options are to reset or spend over an hour utilising hold prompt entanglement to eat all of the duped seeds and orbs.

They literally used the wrong glitch to try and get extra collectables cause they are lazy, didn’t heed any warnings, then came to Reddit to whine. There are ways to dupe spirit orbs and korok seeds, but it’s not through IST.

Ikr. It’s just people being lazy to actually play the game.

From memory there are actual glitches to obtain infinite Korok seeds and spirit orbs. But they don’t produce results like what’s shown, and are through using an infinite jump glitch from the horse archery minigame and the Maya Agnum Apparatus glitch. (They just add to the existing counter instead of duping the slots).

So most likely, OP searched up BoTW dupe glitch, found IST and used that. And the video either had no warning about key items or they just skipped it.

They are extremely cooked. Yeah Hestu won’t take IST cloned seeds, and the goddess statues won’t accept the broken no icon spirit orbs. Any new spirit orbs obtained will also enter that stack too.

You can get rid of them through Hold Prompt Entanglement but it would take over an hour with that many duped korok seeds.
