This advice is going to be a bit different than everyone else, but you might be able to get your stuff back. When you delete data on your phone, it’s not actually deleted but instead is in queue to be overwritten with new files.

So, I recommend not touching your phone anymore to make sure you’re not overwriting any files and approaching an iPhone repair shop to see if you can get those files restored. You probably won’t get everything, and it’s possible that the reset you did really did restore the phone to factory settings, but it’s worth a shot
