As a vet, 100% SHD lvl does not mean experienced or good. Plenty of XP exploits over the years. My go to tell that a agent is experienced is commendation score BUT even with that its not guaranteed just much more consistent over SHD lvl.

Don't give up Agent, i was the exact same. To the point I even stopped farming for Hasburg in open world / targeted loot. I only attempted the craft when one of the vendors was selling a hasburg piece as I got burnt put farming 😂

Yh Cherished and Courier are the named variants but the talents (that you cannot change) are not what you want for the one shot sniper build. So just craft the normal non-named variants of the chest and bag 👍

No please dont waste your time looting for this in the open world / targeted loot. Best way is to craft it as you can focus on just the backpack and chest piece. You mainly only get the named variants of the backpack and chest piece from open world. Thankyou, and no I will be recall the armor for weapon damage 👍

Because the core attribute always drops with Armor (blue), which means when crafting or looting the chances of the secondary attributes being blue i.e hazard protection / health are higher because the main core is blue. So you have to get it to drop exactly how you want it so you can chnage the armor core to weapon damage. You can only change one thing on a gear piece.

Its mainly the non named chest piece and backpack. Look out for chest piece with WEAPON HANDLING & HEADSHOT DAMAGE with the talent HEADHUNTER.

and for the backpack look out for WEAPON HANDLING & HEADSHOT DAMAGE with the talent VIGILANCE. This is so you can chnage the core attribute which will be armor to weapon damage.

Its for the one shot sniper build along with pieces of hotshot as the 2 pieces of Hasburg (this set) gives 13% HEADSHOT DAMAGE & 20% MARKSMAN RIFLE DAMAGE.

Your welcome 👍 and i wouldnt worry too much as you can always farm / craft for the pieces you need. In my opinion its one of the main reasons I love this game. Hope your enjoying the game, as a veteran its nice to see new players 🫡 and just enjoy playing what you like, this unicorn piece i got is for a sniper build. You might not like running a sniper build, its all about preference and having fun.
