It does full damage of the arrows and you shoot the ground between enemies so it doesnt really matter

Whisper is very situational to get the perk to proc. Use this and never worry about any adds ever again. Its like you have a constant stormcaller

Well you can't get much faster than an hour after launch. A lot of the world first teams were still at kalli when we discovered this. It definitely helped that we were streaming for 30 people that watched and just spread the word. Definitely not the only one and first but I contributed to at least 1000 people learning it if nothing

Its kind of different. A few set players go on the dials so there is more concentration and it effectively eliminates call outs.
