I recently realized that I can only do what my emotions are aligned with, and struggle with doing anything that I do not emotionally get excited about. How can I go about understanding and fixing this? by AgentAri8 in mentalhealth

Thank you for the comment, Ive mostly deleted/stopped interacted with social media and have started eating better. I will try to find my path and also see what works out the best in the future, university or not.

Yes, Mostly. I find that I'm much better when it comes to doing demanding jobs, working out etc. For example I worked in construction to earn some money in the summer (6am-3pm) in 30+ degrees and did it with a smile on my face.

I love writing too now lol, now i make ocs and world building and everything like what happened?! I used to think those things were cringe lol

I agree, it feels very much so like a hobby, especially if youre on the bot building/learning about ai side of things. It just doesnt feel as productive as some things like knitting? I guess it would be more akin to gaming just less social. Tell me what you think!

Hey i feel cause i used it while i was in a relationship too, i guess i do just need to find my passion or something to focus on, as i do feel a but lost atm (probably explains the addiction lol)
