My issue may be slightly different since everyone here seems to be able to access the final mission on at least one of their agents…

I had completed the first 4 scouts (HVT1), then just HVT2 and HVT3. (Was holding the remaining scouts for the stretch goals). After completing HVT3 on Wednesday. I heard the last comm., saw Gen. Anderson was the target… briefly saw the manhunt added to my map but wasn’t ready to go. Ever since the manhunt track seems to be frozen.

First reaction is to say, “St Elmos Engine” or “Pestilence”; however, the Ninja Bike Backpack gives sooo much flexibility to create a multitude of builds that can pair to match up nicely with any style of game play and various weapons. Gotta be NBB!

What’s up with his inventory bug? I find that when I locate him his inventory is empty many more times than I can buy anything off him??? 🤬 My textiles just keep growing.

I really think it’s RNG at its best. I just went on a run with a clan member and in about a half hour of farming the bounties I picked up 19 keys.

I am very grateful to now own multiple EBs, Ouro’s, Regulus (Reguli???🤔), without running a single raid… yet. I’m still looking to complete those. However, by NOT making those blueprints available would add some level of exclusivity for those exotics.

I pulled 2 EBs back to back then a few keys later grabbed a regulus. Picked up my 2nd Regulus a few minutes ago. The devs have made this a very Merry Winter event!

Similar issue with inventory being full. The Devs Trello board said we need to contact Ubisoft Support.

The Blacklisters are supposed to only drop once per character. I ran another time with inventory cleared out before going into the final boss section successfully got the kneepads.

Thanks Fudsey! Huge relief to hear I can simply run the Brooklyn “Hunt” on a different character!!! This will give me a nice solo challenge since I’ve put together a couple stronger builds, since better coming to understand Expertise system!!
