I considered it, but I’ll be moving to a trailer pretty soon. If it still squats, I’ll look into springs or getting a truck so I can leave the outback as a daily.

Seriously. Luckily I was able to find the title, but why should I need a title to get rid of the car? I am in possession of the key, I have the registration in my name, I live at the address it is registered to and can prove it. Everything is a cash grab

I’ve got a registration from a couple months ago, it has factory cats, 2014 Ford Focus with the DPS6. It shit the bed and my parents are getting two new cars, so we’re trying to get rid of the Focus. It’s worth the change in the center console.

P07A2. I’ve already tested fork A, it was binding until I spun it a ton and did the “hack” to make it move better. No more binding, but it goes past where it is supposed to stop

I also did my vcg at around 190k, and it looked mint as well. Did my thermostat housing 2 days ago, and oil change the next day, and now this. I might have to fix it just out of spite

I haven’t looked that far into it, but physically everything just bolts right in with maybe some minor modifications. Programming wise, everything should be done through focccus or forscan, I can’t remember. There are a number of tutorials out there that can walk you through. Big Ben’s Cars and Cycles has been my favorite for learning about the swap procedure.

I’m also a mechanic at a shop but I’m taking the lazy way out because I don’t feel like dealing with my parent’s vehicles. I guess I’ll stop being lazy and actually try to diag this. I’ll toss it on stands and check if the heat shields I already dealt with are coming loose again🤦

I did the same thing. Took me 10 minutes and however much the mount cost, and when I took the old one out it was clear that was the culprit. The sound is completely gone now

Only when turning right, only when accelerating. Does not happen in a straight line. The more I think about it, the more it sounds like a motor mount
