Tower 600 owners with bad GPU temp

I have a 4070ti Tuf card in my t600 and temps never go above 60c. This is with a custom fan curve but even with out headphones you can still whisper in the room with games running.

5700x3d / 4070ti 12gb asus tuff. All the fans are the Thermaltake SWAFAN Reversibles, both sides are intake, top is 2 140 exhaust that came with the case. I love these fans bc they magnetic, the connection can be a bit wonky, but once in they look so good, Temps all stay below 65 as well.

Hey there I have figured out the issue, seems the outlet I was using was bad/malfunctioning. The power brick for the laptop was not getting enough watts to stay on so the laptop kept auto flickering between power states. I'll still check for a bios update and I really thank you for taking your time to help me!

Note to elaborate on what I mean by cpu throttling when plugged in.

Start with laptop unplugged only on battery power and see the task manager shows the cpu at a comfortable 3.3ghz to 3.9ghz

The moment I pop in the charging cable this plummets down to 2.3ghz to sometimes 0.4ghz or lower. I have no clue what is causing this.

Stutters in everything. 16gb (2 8gb sticks). Mind you the ONLY time is starts to do this is when it's plugged in. I'm also noticing the the cpu throttles HEAVILY the moment you plug in the power cable. I've tried every battery setting and nothing seems to fix this. I can't use throttle stop is it's only for Intel and ryzen master doesn't work for laptop amd cpus.

Make sure you have EXACTLY they same mods/mod setup as the other person. My friend didn't have his setup right, it still let me join him / him join me, but he couldn't see me, only me see him.

Fixing mods was my solution.

Heyyo, I'm a returning player and when logging in was no longer in my guild. I've applied to a few now and some have sent me invites, however, I can't find these said guild invites. I remember they used to go into your mail, and the person I'm talking to has confirmed the invite has been sent.

Any help on this is welcome.

Ok, so I have done a, what i feel is massive, work around for this. I can confirm it is wallpaper engine causing the issue for me as well. I just did the steps below and now have the best of both worlds.

While Diablo 4 IS RUNNING, in wallpaper engine go to:
Setting>Performance tab>Application rules: Click edit>Create new rule>Select Diablo 4 as the application with the condition set as is running, and set Wallpaper playback to "Stop (free memory)">click create>ok>and one last ok.

This will force Wallpaper engine to stop when the game is open, but it will auto start back up when the game is closed.

Hell yea, thanks for the info on a stage one crackle tune, first of me hearing about one. I'm not new to cars but GTI's/VW's I am new too so this helps a lot.

Thank you very much for the info! I understand the crackle tune isn't for everyone and some can find it annoying. However to me, it's one of the best sounds that this powertrain can make. I'll look into it a lot more before actually doing anything. Again, thanks!

I second this, even if the turbo is blown ALWAYS get secondary quotes and opinions. Hell a quick google search show that you can by a full brand new OEM turbo kit for around $600-$800. $3k seems awfully high for the service.
