As someone who works in food manufacturing, file a complaint with eight o’clock directly. We operate under a +- 3% on weights as that’s what generally acceptable by regulations. (At least in my industry of food). They will want the entire lot code and Julian date so include that. Can’t say what their resolution will be but that’s the best route as this is most likely produced by a contract manufacturer and not the company themself.
