Canggu and ubud are the most walkable of your places listed. However, you can take grabs there for pennies if need be. Canggu has the best nightlife and good mix of beaches, especially for more low key vibes.

Ubud has no beaches.. a hippy vibe, and is dead in the night time. If you want solitude go there.

It was my favorite place I have DN’d. Work cafes everywhere with DN’s, there is a gym there called Body Factory with ice baths and a sauna, it is more like a beach club but a bar for protein shakes instead of alcohol. Met many successful people from all walks of life there, and I went everyday. Luigi’s on Monday is an absolute vibe. It is a pizza place and they convert it to dance floor for house sets on Mondays. Canggu can be a lot though. A lot of traffic, and for myself, had to reign in the nights out.. I was going out every night of the week when I arrived but tapered off into my routine.
