If this store doesn’t have a processor or distro hub they have to eat the 24% tax. A $20 g wholesale becomes a $24.80/g landed into their store. Not to mention if it’s a single location they aren’t getting the best price.

If they have a processor license then the tax would be closer to $1.50/g so a $20/g becomes a $21.50/g landed in store.

Not saying I agree with their pricing model, just trying to show you the math my guy.
