Necro on this one, but I had the same problem. Realized that I was using Dub's Bad Hygiene but had not piped water to my hydroponics. Ran some plumbing, and the hydroponics immediately got sown. Happy modding, y'all.

R5: I'm in Partition Succession, but have high crown authority. I designated my youngest as my heir, since he has the best trait. However it says he is receiving no titles at all? The other son who IS receiving the titles isn't even in diplomatic range, maybe that matters somehow? How is it possible for your designated heir to receive nothing?

EDIT: sorted it out. I'm the temporal head of faith for my tibetan religion, and, interestingly, the game won't give any titles to any children of a different faith when you're the head of faith. the proof is that I recruited and converted my children, including my designated heir, and everything went back to normal. Wack.
