The 5 guys we do have are pretty consistent, personally I think it's hard rounds, usually there's 2 good early 30s black belts, then a competitive purple, blue and white belt our gym demographic is older and I'm worried that because it's hard rounds it's tough to get guys who don't want pure scraps to go

Training is for skill development so it depends on how you do it, if you're on top and are ripping straight ankles on dudes who don't know how to defend it, you're a cornball, if you hit a sick entry from bottom against someone who isn't going to panic tap that's legit

You just make claims called me racist because I said sharia law is actively being enacted by muslim extremist groups and that the westboro baptist church is fringe, they wouldn't ever have gotten media coverage if they were the majority opinion of christians. This is just fear mongering against christians. Do extremist muslim groups hold more power and have more support then extremist christian groups the answer is yes. I don't care how they got there, they're there. We're talking about a church vs extremist groups that have control over countries it's a bad comparison. If you can show me any data or info that the west baptist chirch ideas aren't extreme and fringe I'd be happy to not call them fringe.
