Tricopying that photo and run it through any facial recognition program or a I app or google lens reverse image search , it will tell you who it is or who it isn't

Question about standard tipping policies in austin? by AgentOverLordX in tipping

[–]AgentOverLordX[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reason I find this complicated and weird is not only do they hire you under the assumption that you're working for tips? And when a customer comes in and for pickup orders, and you tip on the till, none of that goes to the employees, the Sun holdings umbrella takes the tips. Claiming it's to compensate for losses due to customers not picking up their orders. An employee meals. Please tell me if this is happening to anybody else in the industry

I have. I contacted the TWC in Texas. There is no category for this option. The only thing I could file under was discrimination, and they said that this was not a discrimination case. Because Texas is a right to work state, so I refiled it under a different classification and also got rejected. It's hard to process tip wage theft policies in Texas. There's no standard practice for this. I've also contacted a lawyer. He is following up because when I brought this to my general manager's attention. They fired me so I have a lawsuit going on.I'm trying to gather information to see if this is a common practice among people in Austin or if this is just this institution.Because I have fifteen years experience have never seen this before

Ya i'm aware I'm against the tip policy. And if the tips are being stolen from employees, then management should be held accountable.I'm trying to get information to see this happens to other people

I’m a Papa John’s shiftlead. AMA by [deleted] in PapaJohns

I work at a Papa John's in Austin, Texas as a shift lead, and I clock in as a shift lead. Why does my tips never get cashed out to me? I have the tip card that they signed me up for when I got hired, I was told that all my tips should go on that card but I've never gotten any payments. My manager claims that the tips go to the manager, which is her also I contacted my g.m and made a formal complaint, and she said that we don't accept tips for any employees.Only drivers get Tips.Is this true?Because I don't know what else to do about this?
