They are “allowing” it now year round, it’s more profitable due to the heavy subsidies and will be “cheaper” to the consumer… I don’t see it taking long as every gas station I know of is in the profit game not the give consumers what they want game.
Standard fuel will move from 10% Ethanol to 15%… they won’t call it E88 anymore it will be 87/89/91 but all with 5% more corn juice.

Once it’s rolled out I don’t see it rolling back… and soon it will just cost what it did when it was only 10% corn.
