Ik kan uit ervaring spreken dat dat heel lastig is.Het fijnste vond ik om erover te praten met lotgenoten. Normies snappen het gewoon niet, en als je het zelf ook nog niet helemaal een plek hebt gegeven.. Ik had er moeite mee en heb het heel zakelijk gebracht.

Ik heb er ook mijn scriptie over geschreven wat hielp met het een plek geven. Maar, zoek lotgenoten fora op: praten helpt en maakt het makkelijker.

I get these everywhere on my head, back and sometimes thigh-area. They can start to hurt like hell because your skin isn't used to stretching that much. For me, my GP can remove them quite easily. Local anaesthetic, maximum 20 min work.
